Return Policy
Please contact us promptly if you receive an item that is broken, stained, deformed, has blurred printing, or has any other defect.
How to Return or Exchange
Contact Us First: To initiate a return or exchange, please email our Customer Service at service@dorawear.com within 30 days of receiving your order.
Provide Photos: After submitting your request online, you must email us clear photos showing the issue with the product.
Faulty or Incorrect Items: If the item you received is damaged or incorrect due to our error, you will not be responsible for return shipping costs.
Return Guidelines & Conditions
Item Condition: All items must be unworn, undamaged, unstained, and odor-free, in their original new condition with all tags and original packaging intact.
Authorization Required: You must obtain a Return Authorization (RA) and the correct return address by emailing service@dorawear.com. Please include your order number and reason for return. Returns sent without prior authorization are not eligible for refund, exchange, store credit, dispute, or chargeback and may not be returned to you except at your own expense.
Packaging Instructions:
DO NOT remove any tags. Include the original receipt and all packaging.
Items must be clean, neatly folded, and carefully repacked.
Use the original product packaging where possible; avoid oversized boxes.
Items that are disheveled, stained, show signs of wear, or have removed tags will be refused and sent back to you at your expense without a refund.
Time Limits:
Returns are accepted only within 30 days of the delivery date.
Return packages must be shipped within 7 days after you receive your return label. Late shipments will not be accepted or refunded.
Non-Returnable Situations:
We cannot accept returns or exchanges for damage caused during laundering or dry-cleaning (e.g., stains, burns, shrinkage, discoloration, wrinkles, tears, bleach/iron/heat damage, damaged seams or hardware).
Dorawear is not responsible for packages marked as "Delivered" by the carrier that are lost, missing, or stolen. Such orders will not be resent or refunded.
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect shipping address provided by the customer, failed delivery attempts, or the customer not rescheduling delivery within 30 days of the first attempt, the original shipping charges will not be refunded. We are not responsible for non-delivery due to an incorrect address.
Refunds
Processing: Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within one week after we receive and inspect your return.
Reminder: Returns require prior authorization. Unauthorized returns will not be processed. The return mailing address will be provided via email after your request is approved.
Exchange Policy
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. All exchange requests are processed as a return/refund. To get a different item, please return the original purchase for a refund and place a new order on our website.

To avoid making mistakes when doing your laundry, here is the ultimate guide to washing 100% cotton clothes.
You can wash 100% cotton garments and textiles by hand or by machine. Cool water, gentle laundry detergent, and air drying are the best ways to prevent shrinking, wrinkling, and fading.

You can wash 100% cotton items in the washing machine, but be mindful of the settings you use. Cotton is susceptible to shrinking if you expose it to too much heat. Use a cool water cycle and a gentle laundry detergent.

You can use your dryer to dry 100% cotton, but you should take the items out while they are still damp. Use a low-heat or permanent press setting, as too much heat will shrink your clothing. Cotton also wrinkles easily when you over-dry it, which is why a permanent press setting works well.
Air-drying 100% cotton clothes is the best way to keep them looking and feeling their best for as long as possible. Hanging them on a clothesline or laying them out on a drying rack when they’re damp will help prevent wrinkling, too.

Under most circumstances, you should wash cotton items in lukewarm or cold water. Cold water helps keep colors bright and prevents fabric shrinkage. Hot water won’t shrink your cotton items as quickly as a hot dryer will, but it will fade colors and shorten the garment’s lifespan.

100% cotton can shrink in the wash, but it is more likely to shrink in the dryer. Heat is the primary reason for cotton shrinkage. Drying 100% cotton at high heat sets the fibers in their new, shrunken size and makes it harder to restore them.

The water temperature and the cycle are more important than the soap type, however. Use cold water for bright colors and delicate items and lukewarm or tap-water cool water for everything else. A regular wash cycle is fine for most 100% cotton clothing. Very delicate or thin fabrics may need a gentle cycle.
If you prefer to handwash your 100% cotton, you’ll need a large sink or basin where you can submerge your clothing all the way. Fill the sink with lukewarm or cool water and the laundry soap of your choice, then submerge the clothes.
