Thank you for choosing Dorawear! We offer unique products from independent designers, crafted with high-quality materials and reliable manufacturing. Each item is inspected by our QA team before shipping to ensure your satisfaction.

Return Policy
Please contact us promptly if you receive an item that is broken, stained, deformed, has blurred printing, or has any other defect.
How to Return or Exchange
Contact Us First: To initiate a return or exchange, please email our Customer Service at service@dorawear.com within 30 days of receiving your order.
Provide Photos: After submitting your request online, you must email us clear photos showing the issue with the product.
Faulty or Incorrect Items: If the item you received is damaged or incorrect due to our error, you will not be responsible for return shipping costs.
Return Guidelines & Conditions
Item Condition: All items must be unworn, undamaged, unstained, and odor-free, in their original new condition with all tags and original packaging intact.
Authorization Required: You must obtain a Return Authorization (RA) and the correct return address by emailing service@dorawear.com. Please include your order number and reason for return. Returns sent without prior authorization are not eligible for refund, exchange, store credit, dispute, or chargeback and may not be returned to you except at your own expense.
Packaging Instructions:
DO NOT remove any tags. Include the original receipt and all packaging.
Items must be clean, neatly folded, and carefully repacked.
Use the original product packaging where possible; avoid oversized boxes.
Items that are disheveled, stained, show signs of wear, or have removed tags will be refused and sent back to you at your expense without a refund.
Time Limits:
Returns are accepted only within 30 days of the delivery date.
Return packages must be shipped within 7 days after you receive your return label. Late shipments will not be accepted or refunded.
Non-Returnable Situations:
We cannot accept returns or exchanges for damage caused during laundering or dry-cleaning (e.g., stains, burns, shrinkage, discoloration, wrinkles, tears, bleach/iron/heat damage, damaged seams or hardware).
Dorawear is not responsible for packages marked as "Delivered" by the carrier that are lost, missing, or stolen. Such orders will not be resent or refunded.
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect shipping address provided by the customer, failed delivery attempts, or the customer not rescheduling delivery within 30 days of the first attempt, the original shipping charges will not be refunded. We are not responsible for non-delivery due to an incorrect address.
Refunds
Processing: Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within one week after we receive and inspect your return.
Reminder: Returns require prior authorization. Unauthorized returns will not be processed. The return mailing address will be provided via email after your request is approved.
Exchange Policy
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. All exchange requests are processed as a return/refund. To get a different item, please return the original purchase for a refund and place a new order on our website.
Order Cancellation
Orders can be canceled for a full refund within 24 hours of purchase. Please submit a request via our Contact Us page. We cannot cancel any order that has already been shipped.
