How do I contact Customer Service?

Why does my order say "Unfulfilled"?
“Unfulfilled” is a normal order status indicating your purchase is being prepared for shipment. If your order includes items on backorder, this status may remain for 3–7 days while we produce and pack your items.

What's your return policy?
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in like-new condition (at Dorawear’s discretion) or defective to qualify for a refund of the item’s purchase price (excluding shipping costs). Eligible refunds will be issued to your original payment method.

How do your shirts fit?
Please refer to our Size Guide for detailed measurements and general sizing information. If you have further questions about a specific item’s fit, email our Customer Service team.

Can I use more than one coupon on my order?
Only one coupon can be applied per order.

What if an item I want is sold out in my size?
Popular items may sell out quickly, but we may restock. To be notified if an item becomes available again, please email our customer care team and provide the best email address to reach you.

Why was my order canceled?
In rare cases, an item may become unavailable after you place your order. If this happens, we will notify you within 24–48 hours. If your order contains multiple items, the available items will still ship, and you will be refunded for the unavailable item.

Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
To change or cancel an order, please contact us immediately. We process orders quickly, and once an order has been handed to the carrier, we are unable to make any modifications.
